We want you to love your Louise shoes. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return an item and get a refund. It applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This period is more generous than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to which consumers are entitled under French law.

We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
To request a return, contact us at contact@louiseshoes.com or through our contact page, quoting your order number. We will send you the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear.
The original delivery charges are refunded in accordance with your statutory withdrawal rights; return shipping costs are not refunded except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help with an exchange, just contact us.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you. This is without prejudice to the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided by French law.
