These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all orders placed on this website (the "Site") operated by ECOM BLUE, trading as Louise ("Louise", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order, you ("the Customer") acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Our products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs, descriptions and information on the Site are provided for illustration purposes and are not contractually binding in the event of minor variations (for example, slight colour differences due to screen settings). Products are offered while stocks last.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery charges, which are indicated separately before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
The Customer places an order by following the online purchasing process. An order is only final once we have sent an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud, a manifest pricing error, or unusual quantities.
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment providers; we never store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment has been authorised.
We deliver to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are processed and delivered within five (5) business days under normal circumstances, subject to product availability and payment validation. Delivery times are given as an indication and any delay does not entitle the Customer to cancellation or compensation, save as provided by applicable law. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods, without needing to give a reason.
As a commercial gesture, Louise extends this period and accepts returns within thirty (30) days of delivery, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping conditions are described in the Refund Policy.
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects provided by applicable French law (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty.
Our liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damage or for any non-performance resulting from an event of force majeure or from the act of a third party. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact us first at contact@louiseshoes.com to seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of residence.
